Come and discover a heritage unique in France
This ecomuseum, dedicated to the harvesting and processing of products from the bigaradier, a variety of bitter orange tree cultivated since the end of the 19th century on the hills of Vallauris Golfe-Juan, invites you to a return to authenticity.
Alambics, essential oil extraction machine, scales, costumes, harvesting and shipping equipment used by the growers are staged here in a fun and educational format.
You will be able to see live production of our local products according to ancestral traditional recipes.
