With its 180m2 of useful surface area, the fully air-conditioned apartment of 90m2 of interior surface area can accommodate up to 6 people, it is located on the second and last floor of a small new high-end residence (February 2023). It benefits from generous exteriors with in its extension a 23 m2 terrace giving access to a 77 m2 roof top equipped with a bioclimatic pergola. The panoramic views from the Rooftop are completely unobstructed over 360°, including the sea and Golfe-Juan hill views.
The apartment includes a living room/lounge/kitchen of 40m2, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a shower room with WC and another separate WC.
The fitted kitchen is made up of a central island with integrated wine cellar, it has a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The rental also includes a garage in the basement.
The environment of the residence which is slightly off-center from the town center of Golfe Juan is particularly calm, it is characterized by a mix of individual housing and small real estate complexes.
The Jardin d’Azur residence is located approximately 500m from the town center of Golfe-Juan and 700m from the beaches and two ports (historic port and Camille Rayon international port).
Golfe-Juan, which has been part of the commune of Vallauris (06220) for a long time, is located on the sea side while Vallauris is located in the background on the hill of Golfe-Juan (see photos).
Golfe-Juan is thus a small coastal town on a human scale which has managed to preserve its fishing village character, it is framed by Cannes to the west (9km from the Croisette) and by Juan les Pins to the east (4km from the town centre).
Golfe-Juan has all the amenities, local shops, intermarket, numerous seaside restaurants located opposite the two ports. It has several bus stations as well as an SNCF station. It should be noted that the location of the residence associated with the above amenities makes it possible to consider stays without a car.
Also note that the town of Ventimiglia in Italy which is only 60km from Golfe-Juan is also easily accessible by train or motorway.
It is possible to practice all the classic seaside activities (swimming, boats, sailing, jet skiing, etc.). Several visits to the islands by boat are also offered from the port of Golfe-Juan and the ski resorts of Auron and Isola 2000 are 1 hour away.
Important note:
Due to an increase in attempts at various frauds and scams of all kinds, a copy of the travelers’ identity documents and proof of address will be requested before any seasonal rental contract is entered into.
The apartment is accessible to people in wheelchairs independently but the terrace is only accessible with assistance. Additionally, the Rooftop is not wheelchair accessible.
